System Update - 23MAR08
In order to provide better service, two older systems are being retired and the services running from them are being moved to more powerful servers. Our primary web server has already been moved, and a messaging server is in the process of being moved. We anticipate these changes to be complete by the end of the month.
Partnership with Novell - 16JUN07
In order to provide better priceing and service, we have partnered with Novell as our major OS and Colaborative Solution Provider.
System upgrade - 15JUN07
A system upgrade on the DB server 'Deepthought" was performed this evening after business hours. The Data bases on this server were offline for a combined time that did not exceed five minutes. No paying customers were effected by this short outage.

Poulin Communications Inc. provided back office services which include web site development and hosting, Domain name management services, and mail solutions. By using the latest in Open Source community offerings, we have provided customers with money saving solutions that have stood the test of time. While the majority of our current customers are using our off site Data Center services, Poulin Communications offered in-office solutions for firewalls, file servers, web servers, mail servers, and VPN solutions, as well as offer maintenance on these solutions. All of the Poulin Communications Inc. customers will continue to receive the same service under Tamarack Solutions, LLC that they have come to expect.
The majority of our clients are SOHO ( 1 - 10 employee) or Small Business (11 - 100 ). We pride ourselves in the one-on-one attention we can provide our customers, and the relationships we build with them. We have developed relationships with some of our customers for more then a decade.
